ODOO 10 Enterprise:. is there an out of the box way to assign a discount percentage to all products from a supplier or a category ?

Question

We want to assign 10% discount to all T-Shirt in Category B from Supplier A in Purchase Module.
We can do that in Sales but in Purchase, we can only assign a price in a currency from Start date to End date.
We want to know to know if we missed one check box somewhere or if we have to
1. Build a spreadsheet
2. import the spreadsheet in the Purchase Module

Presently Odoo default module supports assigning Discount on Product, You will have to customize such that you can set Discount on Category.
Infact using Pricelist also you can achieve more or less the same, however one drawback here is, If SaleOrder has different category-products, then Order-level pricelist cannot be used to achieve cross-category pricing.
