I would like to address a subject related to the integration of the Odoo system with our project to develop a chatbot.

In this sense, our objective is to establish a functionality in which, when a user contacts us requesting "Attendance", it will be possible to open a room in the Odoo Messages/Discussions module. In this way, the responsible agent will be able to interact directly with the user through Odoo, while the user maintains communication through the Whatsapp channel.

We would like to check if it is possible to implement this integration through the Odoo API. It is important to point out that we are looking for a solution that allows the exchange of messages in real time, guaranteeing a smooth experience for the user and the service agent.

There are lot of apps available in the odoo apps store which provides this functionality currently, you can connect with app author and request a demo for the same and see, if it matches your requirement.
