please help to integrate (or there is no need to integrate) and use of FIGMA for Odoo to enhance Views. (may be create in FIGMA and just use in Odoo).

You can use Figma to create prototypes and designs for Odoo forms, custom templates, POS design, website themes, reporting, dashboards, etc., and then convert them to do. As a matter of fact, we have been doing this a lot for many of our client's projects. We have even created a user guide with steps on how this is achieved, you can check it out here
