If you would always store to the same location, you could define putaway rules.

If you wish to create an inventory operation each time, a possible way could be to create a new location and have a push rule trigger an internal transfer operation. This location can be selected as the destination location while creating the unbuild order.

By default, Odoo’s Unbuild Order sends all recovered components to a single stock location, and it doesn’t allow choosing different destinations for each part. If you need to store components like a keyboard, motherboard, and battery in separate locations, you have two main options: either unbuild into one location and then manually transfer parts using Internal Transfers, or create a customization where the Unbuild Order form lets users assign a destination location for each component. The second option is cleaner if you frequently disassemble items and want full control over where each part is stored.
