Challenges: 
Yokohama faced a number of challenges due to the massive operations that included more than 800 daily invoices and transactions as well as a complex business flow in managing a large inventory of diverse products, tracking orders and deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, and managing financial transactions. These challenges require effective management and coordination of various business processes, which can be time-consuming and resource-intensive.
 
 Solution:
Ever business solutions implemented a full Odoo ERP to streamline Yokohama's business flow and solve their challenges that included : 
 
Inventory Management: with the inventory management module Yokokhama can now manage their tier inventory effectively, allowing it to optimize its stock levels and avoid stockouts.
 
Sales Management:  sales process is now seamless, from lead management to quotation and order management, making it easier to track customer orders and deliveries, and provide discounts in any complex form needed. 
 
CRM: Odoo's customer relationship management (CRM) module helped Yokokhama Lebanon manage their customer relationships more effectively, allowing it to track customer interactions and provide better customer service.
 
Accounting: Odoo's accounting module allowed managing finances more effectively, providing a range of features such as invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting.

Their concept focuses on the latest trends in homeware while being faithful to natural materials, minimalism, and high craftsmanship. Founded in late 2022, TRH is specialized in Furniture, Lightning, Home Accessories, Gifts, Design Pieces, Collectibles, and Designers.

Challenges:
As a startup business, The Random House wanted to initiate its operations in a well-designed, integrated, and customized system that would ensure its specific workflow and generate its requested reporting. Starting from the need to record their balances in a Lebanese Localized accounting, the fast and easy going Point of Sales operations, and their Supply Chain requirements that would give TRH representatives full control over their transactions.

Solution:
Tecomsa played an advisory and consultancy role in the implementation of The Random House's ERP taking into consideration the full specific requirements that would satisfy their business needs and generate their requested reports. Starting from implementing the Lebanese Accounting and its customized crafted reports based on TRH's auditor needs. In addition to the customization of the Point of Sales layout that would guarantee the optimal user experience upon the operation on the PoS with the integration with the Accounting and Inventory modules. Moreover, the supply chain (Sales, Purchase & Inventory) requirements were met based on the Logistics transactions and full stock control.
Finally, multi-currency reporting over the financial and stock reports was developed and deployed in TRH's database fulfilling their findings within Odoo ERP.
