Step by step:
- Create an account on Open Shopee Platform, https://open.shopee.com/
- Complete the validation process
- Create a testing sandbox on Open Shopee to generate test credentials
- Publish the app in Open Shopee to generate live credential: Partner ID & Partner Key

- Install Shopee Connector in Odoo: go to Apps, search "Shopee," and Install.
- Access Shopee Accounts: Go to: Sales -> Configuration -> Accounts.
- New Shopee Account: Click New.
- Credentials:
- API Endpoint: Choose your region's endpoint (usually "Singapore"). Check Shopee's docs if unsure. This is critical!
- Partner ID & Partner Key: Find these in Shopee Open Platform ("App Management" -> "App List"). Copy carefully!
- Save & Authorize: Click Save & Authorize. You'll go to Shopee:
- Click your account (if already logged in) or log in.
- Grant Odoo access.
- Post-Connection:
- Rename the shop (Optional).
- Last Order Sync Date: Important! Set this to when you want order syncing to start.
- Product mapping: map your Shopee SKU reference with Odoo internal reference. Make sure it's identical.
- Inventory Sync: Enable if needed.
- Sales Team: create one for Shopee if you want reporting per sales channel.
