The XLS export from Sales > Reporting > Sales fails only on the production server. The error shown is Error: block undefined, and no logs show any related issues. This does not happen on the local server.

The problem happens only when a specific product is included in the pivot view. Removing that product lets the export work, so it is likely a data issue with that product, such as missing values, special characters, or unusual configurations.

It may also be related to differences between production and local environments, like Odoo version or installed modules. Checking the product’s data and testing simpler pivot views can help find the cause.
