How to have checkboxes for the variables of each product

Hello everyone,
I am trying to set up products with multiple variables for my coffee shop, but I don't want to have multiple products set up; I'd like the waiter to pick a product and then be able to fill in the relevant variables. For example:
*Coffee Dose(1 option)*
Single or Double
*Sugar level(1 option)*
None, a bit, a lot, etc
*Sugar type(multiple options)*
white,brown,stevia,etc
Add extras*(multiple options)*
cinnamon,caramel,etc

Right now when I set product variables I just get multiple

There are multiple apps for this that basicly combine all the variants back to the main product in the POS product overview. Then you can select one of the variants yourself. (Or you can build / edit your own POS product view)
