Hi Gims,
In Odoo, when a visitor submits a form on your website, the submitted data is stored as a lead in the CRM module. The email address of the visitor is stored in the "Email" field of the lead. You can access these leads and view the email addresses in the "Leads" menu under the "CRM" module.
