I have approved Templates but when i send Message or Invoice its showing this error :  No approved WhatsApp Templates are available for this model.

I am not able to see "Applies to" to set the applicable apps. May i know where is it?

Also make sure the templates you have are indeed approved by WhatsApp. Sometimes, there can be a delay or miscommunication in the approval process. Double-check with your WhatsApp Business account to confirm the status.

Hello,

When creating a whatsapp template, make sure that the field Applies To is properly configured. Basically what this field does is that it allows you to send the whatsapp template from a specific Application in Odoo.

So if you need to send the whatsapp template from the contact App, you would need to select "Contact", etc.
