Hi,

I´m not an Oddo official partner and I have doubts about what I can do with Odoo Community and Enterprise Edition. I tried to read the LGPL license but I keep having doubts.

Can I download the community edition and host on my cloud and bill my clients to use my server?

Can I bill my client to help him to install and use the Odoo?

Can I integrate my operational solution with Odoo Community Edition?

If my client want to use the Odoo Enterprise Edition, can he sign the Odoo Enterprise Edition and can I install it on my cloud and bill him to use my server?

Many thanks for all.

Thanks for your answers.

But, about the last answer. If he buys the enterprise licenses and create so many users as necessary to my team access the system and help him with the setup, this is allowed?

What means IP in the second answer?

Best Regards.

Your customer is allowed to provide access to third party users acting on behalf of him or in charge of him or as portal users as long as he pays for these users. IP means Intellectual Property.

Yes, you had full access in self hosted.

Your customer can buy Odoo Enterprise On Premise version and install it anywhere he likes, also on your servers. But you as the operator of the installation have no rights whatsoever, only your customer does.
