Hello everyone,

I am new to Odoo. I have successfully imported all my products and prices using an Excel file. Now, I need to create a price list for my extensive list of items with a pricing function defined for each different article. How can I create a price list, for example, for a wholesaler, that includes all my references in Excel so that I can quickly modify the prices? In my case, using a percentage rule is not possible, as it varies for each product. I am struggling with this task and cannot find much information online. Thank you in advance for your help, as I am unfortunately stuck. Have a great day, everyone, and thanks again.

Hi, we had the same problem, having a fixed price for each product variant.
We did it like this:

1) Export the needed product variants

2) Fill in the values for the fixed price

3) Make a small product variant based price list and export this list
4) Add the exported product variants with their external ID and other values to the exported price list

5) Import the completed pricelist in your DB.
I hope this can help you.

Un immense merci pour votre réponse.

Pouvez-vous me confirmer ceci :

Lors de l’export de mes produits, dois-je le faire depuis le menu export du module vente ?

Je pense que mon problème vient du fait que je ne peux pas exporter tous mes produits "item_ids/product_id/id" tout de suite car ma liste de prix est vide et je n'y ai pas encore de produits. Je ne suis pas sûr de l'expliquer correctement. Merci encore pour votre aide et la capture d'écran que vous avez envoyée. Passe une bonne journée.

Hi, you explained that you imported all your products.
Do your products have variants ? If yes, you need to export all the variants.
If you don't have variants it is much easier.
Odoo works with a (for me) rather strange way of defining a price.
PRODUCT A has a price of 10€, but if you have this product in 2 sizes and the price of the sizes is different, you need to add the difference to the variant.
To overcome this way putting a price together, you need to work with Price Lists.
Please let me know if you need more help or send an email tot marc@bink.be
