Hi,
Either you have to use the OCA open upgade project, or create custom scripts for migration or use the migration services provider by the different companies.

To upgrade from Community Edition of Database Migration V9 to V16, you will need to first download the latest version of the software from the vendor's website. Once you have downloaded the software, you will need to run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process. Once the upgrade is complete, you will need to make sure that all of your databases are compatible with the new version.
