Hi


I've finished my website on odoo and it says that I will soon end my trial period. However I'm only using   websiteapp . I should be on the free version but i am on trial...

I have already checked  and I only have the website app installed. 


Please can someone help me ? Odoo is not responding...

The only ticket to support we have in our system was created 46 minutes before this post was created.

This is not enough time to expect Odoo support to respond.

Depending on demand it can take several days during busy times.

Hi,
You can do below steps:
* From my database, take a backup of current db, to ensure you wont loose it
* Ensure and verify the apps installed in the db, ensure you have only website app
* Raise a support ticket for the same:  https://www.odoo.com/help

To take backup, navigate to:  https://www.odoo.com/my/databases
