Hello Odoo,

I understand that you can assign a specific time for the appointment (1 hour) and it will adapt to the working schedule (8 am - 9 am - 10 am - etc)

However, I want it to be possible to set the appointments to have 10 minute gaps and then assign the specific timing (Example 8 - 8:10 - 8:20 - 8:30 - etc) and then when someone schedules at 8:20 am, it would take the 1 hour meaning scheduled till 9:20.

Also if it's possible to add the service price to the appointment.

Hello, Follow below steps :

Set Up 10-Minute Gap Appointments:

  1. Go to Appointment Slots:
    • Click on "Website" in the main menu.
    • Select "Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
    • Choose "Appointment Slots."
  2. Edit or Create a Service:
    • If you have existing services, click on one to edit. Otherwise, create a new service.
    • Look for the "Duration" field and set it to 60 minutes (1 hour).
  3. Set 10-Minute Slot Duration:
    • Find the "Slot Duration" field and set it to 10 minutes.
    • Look for the "Appointment Time" section.
    • Manually set specific time slots like 8:00, 8:10, 8:20, etc
  4. Check Working Hours:
    • Go to "Settings" in the main menu.
    • Select "Users & Companies" and then "Users."
    • Confirm that your working hours are correctly configured.

Associate Service Price with Appointments:

  1. Enable Pricing in Appointment Services:
    • Click on "Website" in the main menu.
    • Select "Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
    • Choose "Services."
    • Edit the service for which you want to associate a price.
    • In the "Payment" section, enable the "Ask for Payment" option.
  2. Set Service Price:
    • In the same service edit page, set the service price in the "Price" field.
  3. Configure Tax (Optional):
    • If applicable, scroll down to the "Taxes" section to configure taxes for the service.

I do not see a section for appointment slots. Are you sure? Im using Odoo 17 at the moment.

Frankly, your whole answer does not make sense to me. Could you elaborate if you are using a specific third-party? Or if you can provide some screenshots.
