This is an advanced dropship concept with accounting impact.

Please review basic dropship video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stKtJ3C902I

When create a sales order with a dropship product,  Odoo creates a purchase order.

In the purchase order, there is a 'receipt' which shows DS/xxx (connects to sales order - delivery)

The received journal entry and delivered journal entry happened simultaneously.

Received journal entry created a stock interim received account which will be balanced once we have bill in place.

On the other hand, if stock interim received account is imbalanced, it might be because we are missing a bill or the bill amount doesn't match with the purchase order.

On the sales order side, there is a 'delivery' which shows DS/xxxx (connects to Purchase order - received)

Delivered journal entry stock interim delivered account will be balanced with Invoice. So if there is imbalanced in stock interim delivered account, it means we are missing invoice or the mis match the amount.
