Hi Team,

We are planning to use Odoo as our CRM and testing the functionalities. We want to migrate data from Zoho to Odoo.

How can we map the fields and import the data properly

Thanks,

Vijayanand

Either you can export data from Zoho in CSV and then import it in Odoo.

Hello Vijay,

Zoho offers various products like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, etc. We have developed the following ready-to-deploy plugins to integrate specific Zoho products with Odoo.

Odoo Zoho CRM Connector: https://store.webkul.com/odoo-zoho-crm-connector.html

Odoo Multi Accounting Zoho Solution: https://store.webkul.com/odoo-multi-accounting-zoho-solution.html

Odoo Zoho Inventory connector: https://store.webkul.com/odoo-zoho-inventory-connector.html

All of the above connectors synchronize stock from Zoho to Odoo along with products for the first time whenever a product is synchronised from Zoho to Odoo. After that Odoo will be the master to manage the stock.

We also offer cross-platform migration services from Zoho to Odoo, which you can learn more about >> https://webkul.com/odoo-migration-services/. If you’re interested in a one-time data migration from Zoho to Odoo, please feel free to contact us.

For any queries, please reach out to us at support@webkul.com.

Regards
Team Webkul

I am especially interested in how inventory migration happens.. Connectors in the app store seems developed only for CRM migration, not inventory

Another option is to use the Pragmatic TechSoft Zoho-to-Odoo connector.
It only brings Leads and Clients, but it can actually synchronize data between both systems.

Another option is \from Data2CRM.com their solution can bring across  more (maybe all) data.

But I'll be hand crafting my csv files, so I can re-import to new test databases over and over again. I am concerned about how to handle the file attachments though!
