all of a sudden my localhost:8069 has logged out without any notice,

i always had access once i entered the address right away without asking for username nor password, now its asking for them and it seems that all options i entered are not correct, is there anyway around this sitsuation..

i also tried to re-install again but once installed it opens the same page requesting the username and password..
