1. Go to Accounting > Configuration > Chart of Accounts.
Fill in the required fields:
- Account Name: Enter a descriptive name for the account (e.g., "Office Supplies Expense").
- Account Type: Select the appropriate type (e.g., Income, Expense, Asset, Liability, Equity).
- Code: Enter a unique code for the account (e.g., 600010 for an expense account).
- Currency: If the account is currency-specific, select the relevant currency.
- Taxes: Assign any default taxes if applicable (e.g., VAT).
