Hello!

We have discovered a problem in the POS and that is that users "sell" products with negative amounts, as if they were refunds, but in reality they are not and obviously that money is not returned to the customer. See video.

The questions are:
1. How to limit sales in negative amounts in the POS?
2. How to limit the refund of an order in POS to a specific user? In other words, enable the refund only to the Administrator.

Thanks for the answer. What kind of customization we need? We have Odoo Enterprise 15 online.

Hi Vasile,

By default in Odoo PoS the refund is working as you shown in the video, It takes the quantity as negative thus the price also will be negative.

So for doing the two cases that you explained you may need additional customisation as per your requirement.
