Arthur Wouters, with four years of experience in the transport and logistics industry, decided to join Odoo as a Key Account Manager, focusing on Mid-Market and Corporate customers. His primary responsibility revolves around guiding clients throughout the entire process of selecting an ERP. In collaboration with his team, he works closely with customers, assisting them in every step of the way, from initial considerations to final implementation. The goal is to ensure that they make well-informed decisions that align with their specific needs and objectives, ultimately leading to successful ERP integration.


Cefora embarked on its digital transformation in 2019. Their goal was to implement a digital training platform for 500,000 employees under Joint Committee 200. They had established a roadmap and selected several tools. However, by 2023, the conclusion was that the digital transformation had failed. They then asked themselves various questions: Did they have the right people to lead the project? Did they have the right methodology? Had they chosen the right tools?

The answers were negative, leading to a significant shift. It was in this context that Cefora encountered Odoo.

This presentation aims to shed light on the best practices of digital transformation that allowed us to successfully complete this project.

The speakers

Olivier Lambert is the CEO of Cefora, a Belgian organization specializing in continuous training for companies under the CP200. Olivier, a strong advocate for employability, particularly through digital channels, strives to adapt the training offerings to the emerging needs of the market, especially in digital and technological fields. Under his leadership, Cefora has implemented strategies to enhance training and skill adaptation for workers in an ever-evolving context.

Xavier Linsmeau is a Program Manager at Cefora. He has been tasked with successfully leading Cefora's digital transformation. He played a key role in the success of the project by coordinating all stakeholders toward a common goal.

Thibault Déom is an engineer in computer sciences with 20 years of experience in software development and managing large implementation projects for the financial sector. Currently serving as Project Director at Odoo Luxembourg for more than 2 years, he oversees implementation projects for medium and large-sized companies. His expertise in process optimization enables him to support Odoo in improving its methodology in order to ensure the success of implementation projects for larger companies.
