Have we missed something when using PDF Quote Builder??

We have created a simple quote header PDF with fields (e.g. partner_id) that are mapped in Odoo.

I can set the Path in Odoo in the header set-up and it recognises the form fields.

When we do the quote, set the Quote Builder function on for the header,

I can fill in the custom text where available, when we print the document nothing is showing.

I have tried several PDF writers in case there is a fault in the document and no changes to what happen on the print.

Followed the instruction and videos by Odoo on configuration etc. but we just can not get the field to show on the printed documents.

Is there something we have forgotten??
