Hi Everyone.

I am setting up an ERP system for a manufacturing company and am trying to figure out the best way to handle defect management in OpenERP. In particular some system of tracking when a shipment of parts contains some defective units, or if during the manufacturing process some defects occur. I have searched around for modules and haven't come up with anything. It seems like this would be a pretty common request from a manufacturing ERP. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Did you reach any conclusion, strange i dont see a single comment.

i am stuck with the same issue, and trying to handle using a similar methodology of handling scraps. Not 100% clear yet, but seems promising for now, and will share once i have a clear sure opinion, hope if you also have any advice to share.
